We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to lead and manage commercial and office interior projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality interior solutions, ensuring timely execution, and maintaining cost efficiency. The role requires hands-on experience in managing large-scale interior fit-outs, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of commercial and office interior projects in line with the company’s quality

standards.

Coordinate and manage all project phases including initial design, budgeting, scheduling, resource allocation, procurement, and

construction.

Collaborate with clients to understand their design and functional requirements, ensuring that all project goals are met.

Oversee a team of designers, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.

Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure profitability while maintaining high-quality standards.

Liaise with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to align on project goals and timelines.

Monitor and ensure compliance with all applicable safety regulations, industry standards, and legal requirements.

Identify risks and implement strategies to mitigate delays, cost overruns, and other project challenges.

Provide regular project updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparent communication and timely decision-making.

Handle multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all deadlines are met.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum of 7-8 years of experience in project management, with at least 5 years in commercial and office interior projects.

Strong knowledge of interior construction processes, materials, and industry trends.

Proven ability to manage budgets, timelines, and multiple project deliverables.

Proficiency in project management tools and software.

Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.

Ability to manage cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

PMP or relevant project management certification.

Experience in working with high-profile corporate clients.
