Title: Store Supervisor

 

As a Store Supervisor your primary responsibility will be to manage and oversee the daily operations of our manufacturing company's store. You will be responsible for ensuring that the store is well-stocked, clean, and organized. Your duties will include:

• Managing store inventory and ordering new stock as needed
• Ensuring that all products are properly placed and labeled
• Overseeing the hiring, training, and scheduling of store staff
• Resolving complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
• Monitoring performance of Store staff and creating reports
• Ensuring that the store is in compliance with all safety and security regulations

To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience in Store management. You should be a problem-solver and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
