Job Responsibilities

Maintain  All Records Up to Date in Tally / Zoho Books
Manage All Accounts & Finance Related Quires
Employee Payroll
Making Sure that the Bill are Received with the Clients
Payment Follow Up With The Clients
Checking Bill Entries
Handling Monthly, quarterly & Annual Closings
Monitor Expenditure
Work Closely with CA to Estimate Future Path for the Company in terms of Billings & Accounts
Maintain Books as Per CA Requirements for On Time Balance Sheet & PL Reconciliation
GST Payment 
Informing & Guiding Management With Accounts Statics.
Account Statements Reconciliation with all the Vendors & Clients 
Vendor Payment Ageing & Making Payments
TDS, GST, Income Tax Calculation & Payment

 

 

Qualification

MCOM or MBA
