Sports Academy Manager

Job Description

Our sports academy is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sports Academy Manager to join our team. The Sports Academy Manager will be responsible for the upkeep of our state-of-the-art sports facilities, organising events to increase footfall and registrations of candidates for coaching, engaging coaches with fire in their belly to create and nurture Olympians at our Olympics level badminton courts, Table tennis hall, shooting range, and 50M indoor temperature controlled swimming pool. Additionally, the Sports Academy Manager will be responsible for account and bookkeeping.

Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain the sports facilities to the highest standard
Organize events and marketing campaigns to increase footfall and registrations for coaching
Recruit, train, and engage with coaches to create and nurture Olympians
Maintain account and bookkeeping records for the sports academy
Develop and implement policies and procedures for the sports academy
Ensure that health and safety regulations are adhered to at all times
Continuously seek out opportunities for growth and improvement of the sports academy
Requirements:

Proven experience in sports facility management, event organizing, and coaching management
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Experience in account and bookkeeping
Knowledge of health and safety regulations
Passion for sports and a commitment to excellence

Qualification

Bachelor's degree in sports management or a related field
