ServiceNow Developer

Job Description

The Developer will be responsible for the design, execution, and growth of the Service Now platform and processes to automate current manual processes that are triggered by ServiceNow tickets or requests.

• Digitally transform people-centric workflow service items into a next generation federated self-service experience. 
• Create smart feedback loops that incorporate feedback into solving service issues. 
• Develop solutions that are self-learning and use data to avert disruptions and can self-heal, if disruptions occur. 

Qualification and Skills 

• 3+ years of hands-on service or technology delivery experience. 

• 3+ years of development experience with frictionless digital transformations. 

• 3+ years of experience in developing on the ServiceNow platform or equivalent. 

• ServiceNow implementation experience in ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB & Asset) is a plus.

*Candidate will be working on the payroll of Resource Gateway Consulting

BE or BTECH or MTECH or BSc Computer Science
