Job Title: Project Manager - Corporate Office Design

Job Description: Our client is seeking a highly motivated Project Manager with experience in managing and delivering corporate office design projects. The candidate should have a proven track record of successfully managing and delivering projects within budget and on schedule.

Responsibilities: 

• Lead and manage the project team from inception to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the client's satisfaction. 

• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and documentation. 

• Oversee and coordinate the work of the project team, including architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors. 

• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, management, and team members. 

• Manage project risks and proactively identify and resolve issues. 

• Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards. 

• Ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications.

 

Requirements: 

• Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, or related field. 

• 2-3 years of experience in project management, preferably in corporate office design. 

• Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering corporate office design projects. 

• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. 

• Strong organizational and time management skills. • Proficiency in project management related software or tools. 

• Understanding of building codes, regulations, and safety standards. 

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualification

Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, construction management, or related field.
