Field Sales Executive - B2B Sales

Location: Udyog Vihar

 

*Applicants for this position must possess a Two-wheeler motor vehicle to visit client office and

project sites.

 

• Meet clients to understand their requirements and generate new business for existing and new clients
• Visit sites and client offices to identify opportunities and challenges
• Obtain sample approvals from clients and provide necessary guidance
• Prepare and send quotations and follow up with clients for orders
• Close orders and coordinate with factories for timely deliveries and installation
• Obtain measurements and markings done at sites with the help of designers and site supervisors
• Coordinate with clients, project managers, and site supervisors to ensure timely execution of projects
• Obtain shop drawings approved by the client and provide necessary modifications
• Understand client requirements and obtain approvals of laminate, powder coatings, electricals, etc.
• Obtain handover from the site after completion and submit bills as per the contract terms
• Follow up on payments and get payment closed from clients within the stipulated time
• Work with designers and site supervisors to ensure the quality of work and adherence to timelines
• Be the sole responsible for the site assigned and report to the project manager
   

Preferred candidate profile
 

• Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field (freshers welcome)
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications and project management software
• Ability to work in a team and individually and take ownership of the assigned site
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and site measurements
• Willingness to travel and work on-site when required
• Ability to understand technical drawings and specifications
• Strong follow-up and payment collection skills
