Job Title: Design Architect - Corporate Office Design

Job Description: Our client is seeking a highly motivated Design Architect with 2-3 years of experience in corporate office design. The candidate should be proficient in using Autocad, Photoshop, Google Sketchup, MS Office, and 3d Max or Vray.

Responsibilities: 

• Collaborate with the design team to develop and execute creative solutions for corporate office projects. 

• Create 2D and 3D models and renderings using Autocad, Google Sketchup, 3d Max or Vray. 

• Work with the team to develop detailed construction documents, including floor plans, elevations, and sections. 

• Communicate effectively with project managers, contractors, and clients to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. 

• Stay up to date on emerging design trends and technologies to ensure the company's designs are innovative and competitive in the market.

Requirements: 

• 2-3 years of experience in corporate office design. 

• Proficient in Autocad, Photoshop, Google Sketchup, MS Office, and 3d Max or Vray. 

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills. 

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
