Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Corporate Office Interior Project Manager to lead and oversee turnkey retail interior projects across PAN India. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team, overseeing various aspects of project execution, and ensuring the successful completion of projects within specified timelines and budgets.

Role & responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end turnkey retail interior projects for big retail or commercial establishments.
  • Lead and manage a team of Supervisors involved in Interior, Furniture and fittings.
  • Finalize materials and finishes, prepare material requirements, and ensure timely procurement.
  • Develop and adhere to project schedules, ensuring strict compliance with deadlines.
  • Monitor and manage site activities, ensuring quality, safety, security, and waste control.
  • Attend client meetings, document discussions, and coordinate with other consultants.
  • Ensure timely billings, certifications, and collections.
  • Oversee the preparation and completion of snag lists, ensuring a smooth handover to clients.
  • Ensure all equipment and fixtures are in good working condition.
  • Manage project costs, ensuring profitability, and control over all cost inputs.
  • Develop and manage vendor relationships, including new vendor development.
  • Utilize skills in MB Sheet, site execution, retail design, site visits, and supervisory skills.
  • Collaborate on space planning, project delivery, and project planning.
  • Exhibit proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, 2D CAD drawing, AutoCAD, and MEP.
  • Coordinate with other departments for project planning, tracking, and closure.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Proven experience in managing turnkey retail interior projects.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Proficient in site execution, retail design, and project coordination.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems.
  • Familiarity with construction, fit-out, and space planning.
  • Ability to use Microsoft PowerPoint, AutoCAD, and other project management tools.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
